Welcome to the Anchorage School District (ASD)!
The Online Pre-Enrollment application is the first step to enroll your student(s) in the Anchorage School District.
The Pre-Enrollment Application is closed for the rest of the 2025-2026 school year and will re-open for all grade levels for the 2026-2027 school year on July 15, 2026. Please contact your student's school for current year enrollment.
Pre-Enrollment is open for kindergarten students only for the 2026-2027 school year from April 23 - May 29, 2026, for students born September 1, 2021, or earlier.
You are eligible to submit pre-enrollment if your student(s) was not enrolled at the end of 2025-2026 school year.
After your pre-enrollment application has been processed, families must also complete Online Registration to finalize enrollment.
To complete Online Registration for your pre-enrolled ASD student, log in to Q Parent Connection and access the Online Registration system via ASD Quick Links.
How do I get started?
- Please review the Parent Pre-enrollment Process for a step-by-step guide.
- Create a Pre-Enrollment application account by selecting the "Start a new Pre-Enrollment" option. You will need an email address to create an account.
- If you already have students enrolled in ASD, this Pre-Enrollment application account is different from your Q Parent Connection account.
- If you have previously started but not yet submitted a Pre-Enrollment application, select the "Continue a Pre-Enrollment in process" to log in with your account.
- After our school staff has verified all the information provided, families will receive an email to gain access to Q Parent Connection to complete Online Registration.
